Review content:
Stylist insisted that she could take my medium brown hair to blond in a single process. During my consult I had let her know that my hair had a tendancy to stop at red. She turned my hair ORANGE. I returned the next day for a color correction. Another stylist (with just over a year of experience) tried a toner that turned it an even brighter shade of orange. Staff members then told me that there was nothing that they could do at this time. They actually let me walk out of the salon with bright orange hair stating that it was a long weekend, and there was no one that could fix it for at least 4 days. They should be embarassed to call themselves a salon.
