I have used this company twice. the first time was an emergency, as all of my drains backed up. The second time was that I had a cracked toilet that needed replaced so decided to replace both and fix the faucet in the kitchen! This company was to have been here at 10:00 AM, they finally arrived at about 2:00 PM. They tried to charge me for noon till they got done about 18:30. This was yesterday, January 8, 2010. My daughter caught the problem with the time, I was not paying attention. When I checked today with the Oregon Construction contractors Board I found this company has no CCB license, and never has! They currently have 3 judgments against them. I am submitting a complaint to the CCB with copies of the receipts. This company is not licensed, and has no bonding insurance. If you use this company, BEWARE! It could cost you big money!
Pros: Hard working employee
Cons: Extremely late, and abusive to employee, sloppy work
