Review content:
Hi,
I have been a customer of Seattle Cycle for just over a year and have recommended them to ALL of my biker buddies. Almost everyone I have recommended has made it a point to come back to me raving about how great they are. :~)
Why do I so highly recommend Seattle Cycle? It comes down to this: hands-down, the best customer service around!
Every single time I walk in the store, for anything from bike service to accessories, someone is always right there greeting me and asking what they can do to help. This might not seem like such a big deal, but as a woman biker I have had less-then friendly service from a few too many "bigger" bike shops. The great customer service extends to everyone regardless of gender, age, color; all bikers know that when you go to a bike shop it's an hour trip minimum (getting what you came for, looking at new toys, adding things to the wish list, chatting with other bikers, etc.) and you get to see what the place is made of. This place is made of customer service gold wrapped in a friendly atmosphere!!
...Oh ya, and the prices are great and often better then what I can find online.
