Review content:
I visited this store looking for my first wig which I need for medical hair loss. When I went in an older man, who was the only person in the store, asked if he could help me. I asked about a specific wig that I'd seen online. He said that he didn't have it and I said I'd just look around. The store is one big room with wigs on heads and the boxes in other colors behind them on shelves. Most of the wigs on display were cheap, obvious-looking wigs - very few monofilaments on display. I looked around for the two brands that I was interested in which they had in boxes but not on display heads. I picked up a box to open (just to see the color, not to touch) but he said very rudely, suddenly standing behind me, "You can't touch that! Everything is out." He then walked off to a back room. The boxes were all dingy and very old looking except for, oddly, the two brands that I wanted to look at that were not on display heads. I found the color rings for those brands which were on obvious display, I thought for customers to look at. I wanted to find a color and then ask him to show me wigs in that brand in that color. he came out and said, "You need to go someplace else. We sell wigs here." I said, "That's what I'm looking for." He replied, "You come in here and look in the boxes, we sell wigs here, you go someplace else." I said, "I was looking at the color sample rings. How can I know what color I need if I don't look at them?" He said, "You don't even know what color you want. You need professional help, we sell wigs here. You go someplace else." To which I said, "It's difficult enough to need to wear a wig and I can't believe that you're being so rude to a customer." I was very polite and soft-spoken to this man and was feeling pretty fragile because of my medical diagnosis and I can't imagine that he even picked up on that. Worst possible customer service. I don't recommend to anyone especially medical customers. No help, no compassion, just rudeness. And I was asked to leave as if I were a criminal or outcast.
