I went here with my mom, looking for a wig. When we arrived, it appeared empty, as if there was nobody working there. We went into the back room, found a man sitting there, and asked him for some help. At this point, a woman who worked there came out of the back room, and coldly walked by us without saying a word. The man got a couple wigs down, and my mom tried them on. I also wanted to look at some wigs for myself, and the man said, "I thought she was the one looking for a wig, not you." I politely told him that I was also interested in a wig. I started to look at wigs and the man screamed at me "WHICH ONE IS IT, you can't try on all of these wigs of different colors!" (Keep in mind that I only had 2 wigs, the same number that my mom had tried on). I told him that I hadn't decided on a color yet, and wanted to see how they looked on me. Suddenly he said, "No, we're closing now." I said, "I thought you were open until 6, are you?" (The clock said 5:10). He said "yes we are, but you have to go now." Umm, excuse me? My mom was very close to buying a $350 wig from him, but needless to say, he lost our business. I just don't understand the point of being rude to potential customers (especially when he almost had a sale!) I've never written a negative review for anybody before, but this place was just asking for it.
