Review content:
There is a new owner at the Bastrop Sears and you can definetly tell! They don't mind selling you the product, but if something goes wrong then they do not want to stand behind it. I had the owner, himself display less than pleasing customer service. They have been out to my house twice; once to deliver and once to redeliver to replace a broken item. When they came back they did not hook up the item and had to call them back for the third time. I was told by the OWNER "We have been out there twice and we will not come back after this service call." If there are issues aren't they suppose to stand behind there product; even if I have to call 100 times. Needless to say I will not be buying anymore appliances there anymore...I should have been treated like GOLD since I spent over $6,000 there for our new home less than two months ago. I would rather go to Austin.
