Cottages on Grant is not somewhere you want to live. George Yelverton rules this place w/an iron fist. His rules are designed to not be followed, b/c no person who enjoys life could possibly have a worthy existence living 'his' way.
The lease is filled w/so many rules that they will hold you to and use against you so can not get your deposit back.
I'm not sure what has led to George and his wife acting the way they do, but they are simply ruthless, cold and flat out mean. Ultimately I feel sorry for them and only hope they wake up one day and realize that acting the way they do is just tiring and pointless.
