Businiess name:  Seattle Cycle Ctr

Review content:
I wrote a previous review that Seattle Cycle Center wanted to charge me $240 dollars to mount a set of tires not purchased from their store. This amount is twice what I was quoted in November. I was not told of their unusual practice to charge more just because they did not provide the tires before I requested gift cards as a Christmas gift. Doug Micone was unwilling to wave this ridiculous fee but did offer to refund the gift certificates. I appreciate that he's done this but wish that it did not require that I write 23 reviews on various web sites and rally riders from all over for him to offer some semblance of customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on. I want to thank each and every one of you who called and emailed him to let him know how you felt. I would happily do the same for you if the roles were reversed. Gotta love the power of the internet!
