Review content:
I want to share the terrible experience I had today with Performance Honda dealership in Cincinnati area.
I selected one used Honda Odyssey on their internet site. I told the sales rep that since I live 130 miles from the dealership, I want to discuss the price over phone and if we can come to an agreement on the price then I can come over and buy the vehicle. The sales rep had his sales manager talk to me and we agreed on the price.
To my surprise, when I reached the dealership the price offered to me was $700 more than what we agreed over phone. They refused to acknowledge that they agreed on a price over phone. The staff and the sales manager were very rude and tried to trap me by saying that having spent so much time on the drive would I just break the deal for $700. This exactly is the trick the play with the internet customers. They will offer you less price on the phone and when you get there they will raise their offer thinking that having spent so much time and after looking at the vehicle you probably will agree to their higher offer.
These people should be brought to justice and should not be allowed to cheat customers like this. Folks in Cincinnati area please keep away from this dealership.
