Taco Bell has hit its all time low for me. No matter which Taco Bell I go to in Lufkin, TX they both have horrible service.
The Taco Bell on First street last night hit an all time low when we had to wait in the drive through for almost 20 minutes and they call that fast food? I was so mad. Then of course, once again, they are out of steak, (I'm beginning to think this is a weekly ritual for them to) so we couldn't get what we normally ordered.
We were in line for about 10 minute before we even got up to the spot to order, then to find out that they are out of steak, no way to get out of the drive thru line so what does that mean for us? We're stuck! We ordered 3 things and when we finally got up to the window where they hand us our food, they give us someone else's food. Ok get it together!!
I could never go back to Taco Bell again and I would be ok with it. I'll find someone else who has better service and take my money there.
This isn't the first time that we have had bad service here. You'd think they could get their act together but I highly doubt it!!
