Businiess name:  Wells Fargo Bank

Review content:
I was a Wells Fargo customer for 10+ years. When I lived in the eastern suburb area of St. Paul I used this branch location for my banking needs. I thought it was the slowest drive thru service possible. Then I moved to Woodbury, MN, that branch proved me wrong. That branch not only is slower than the McKnight branch, they also have the most incompetent employees in the banking industry. Although that could explain the slow service I get there. I once asked them if they had any customer comment cards that I could fill out so that I could express my unhappiness with them.... but of course they do not use comment cards. Perhaps because they know what customers would most likely comment about. Or perhaps this is a teller training location. Maybe this is where all the real bad tellers go to be punished. Or maybe I should move my banking to another financial institution, oh wait.... I've already done that.
