Friendly Plumber is the genuine article. No wonder they have so many positive reviews, this company helped me above and beyond the call of duty.
I called last Saturday because my water heater was leaking. They weren't open for business, but apparently their receptionist was doing inventory and overheard my panicked message on their answering machine. She hooked me up with a plumber, Robert, who walked me through the proper way of shutting off the water heater and so on.
Monday came and Robert was over first thing in the morning and correctly hooked-up my new water heater. I am happy with the price I paid, which I think is about average, and Robert is a definite pleasure to do business with. Not only is he a great tradesman but was extremely professional and polite!
