Review content:
Last night I witnessed Ferron Towing responding to a lock out of a 91 yo lady at our local park. She had stepped out of her running car and it locked behind her. After he had opened her car, he heard he would have to follow her 5 blocks to get a check since she had left her purse at her home. He reached in relocked the door and drove off leaving her with her car running, her house keys locked in the car and the dilemma of how she would get home or even how to get into her home. I find this policy unbelievable and actually borderline endangerment of her life. I called Ferron Towing to express my feelings of what I witnessed and they did send another driver. This gentleman was very nice and offered to take $10 off the original $40 lock out fee. I guess there is some redemption to this company. Perhaps the young man was only acting on company policy, perhaps he doesn't have the softskills needed to survive in the work world. Perhaps Ferron's need to re-evaluate their policies on Customer Service.
