Review content:
The prices on ATA were lower than others I could find to Phoenix from New York, but when our flight was delayed on the ground and we sat in the plane for 2 hours, I asked for some water and the reply was "Do you want us to sell you some water?" When I asked for a pillow on the flight from Chicago to NY I was told I could purchase a pillow and blanket for $6.95. I was also disappointed with the customer service. I had booked an E-ticket and when I checked in at the kiosk I got only 1 boarding pass and another card that said I had to get my seat assignment at the gate. When I arrived at the layover gate there were no ATA employees in sight. The flight was due to leave at 5:45pm and there was a line of about 30 people in front of an empty gate counter at about 4:25pm.
