We were attempting to buy our first pair of Point shoes for our daughter for x-mas. We got in the car began to drive there. Traffic was crazy 1 hour 30 min from Middleburg. and were obviously running late. We called to inform them we were just a few blocks away. They said we will not help you if you show up please turn around and go home. yes it was 15 min prior to closing but both store employees refused to help us. Please no longer support this business because they dont want it.
