Called store to inquire about dance shoes before driving to location. Representative was courteous and helpful on the phone. Assured me that multiple brands/styles/sizes were available. Arrived at the store and met with immediate assistance. Answered my questions fully. Made my informed decision/purchase and was on my way out of the store in no time. more

I have made several purchases at this store in the past and received decent service from the employees. My most recent trip there will likely be my last. I entered the store with a printed list of items my daughter needed for her school dance team. The list was generated from an on line store because that was the easiest way to make sure all the girls had matching items. Heather's took a look at my list and said "we do not do sizing for shoes so people can buy them off the internet". The price of the shoes was higher at Heather's as would be expected since they have already paid for shipping. I expected that but did not expect them to be so incredibly rude and not consider that just because I might choose to buy one item off the internet that I would not buy the remaining items at the store. more

We were attempting to buy our first pair of Point shoes for our daughter for x-mas. We got in the car began to drive there. Traffic was crazy 1 hour 30 min from Middleburg. and were obviously running late. We called to inform them we were just a few blocks away. They said we will not help you if you show up please turn around and go home. yes it was 15 min prior to closing but both store employees refused to help us. Please no longer support this business because they dont want it. more

This is a great store to shop. The prices are reasonable, as dancewear prices go but it's the atmosphere that is so fun. It's tucked away upstairs in Samantha's Corner shopping center and it's all about dance. The employees are very knowledgable about dance and the products. We love shopping here because they have a frequent buyer discount card and everyone is just so friendly, whether it's your first visit or your twentieth. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for dance wear. more
