There is ABSOLUTELY NO customer service at this furniture store! I spent $1700 last month on a living room set and my recliner broke 3 weeks later, I contacted the store and was told they can get me a part to "fix it" but it will take 3 weeks to get the part!! I have purchased new furniture a couple of times in my life and every other furniture store would have replaced the piece immediately...not At Home Furniture!!! They also want me to pay $45 for them to pick up my recliner when the part comes in 3 weeks from now??!! I paid $1700 three weeks ago and now I have to pay $45 for them to fix my recliner?? I have never in my life seen such poor customer service!! Please do yourself a favor and spend your money at a reputable furniture store! Their prices are NO BETTER and other stores stand behind their products and their customers! NOT THIS STORE!!! You will receive 100% better customer service at Costco for Gods sake!!! Would you buy $1700 furniture at Walmart??? Because if you buy furniture at AT HOME FURNITURE you may as well be shopping for your furniture at Walmart!! Thats how well they treat customers that spend a fortune at their store!!!!!
