Good: The staff and owners are great! They know how to run a great gym, and they treat you great. Every year they throw a big customer appreciation party too! I have lost 64 lbs since July 2006. The trainers are great, friendly, always willing to help. The place is CLEAN. They are always cleaning, so I have no idea what the previous reviewer is talking about. I have been a member since 2005. This is a "family" type of gym ... it is truly your neighborhood gym and they care about you here.. Bad: I like everything about the gym!. Improvements: I like everything about the gym!. Other: The previous reviewer does not know what the heck they are talking about! The place is not dirty, it is very clean (they are constantly cleaning), the owners are always present and say hi to you by name; the staff is friendly, helpful, always smiling, and truly care about you! This is the best gym and staff and I highly recommend it to anyone! The hours are great - they open early and stay open late..
