I've been a member of Mitch's Gym for about 4 years and Mitch's has changed my life. When I first joined the gym I was weighing in at over 355 lbs. Mitch's convenient location and encouraging staff helped me to lose 140 lbs in just about 5 months! More importantly they've helped me to keep it off. Mitch's offers everything from cardio machines to weight training to specialized classes and personal trainers. I just can't thank Mitch's staff enough for all that they do! more

I joined Mitch's fitness center in Aug 2010 and I absolutely love it. The place is very clean, the people are very helpful and friendly and I think the owners take alot of pride in their business. There is never a wait for the equipment and the price was very competivie with the other gyms in the area. The EZ fit program is well worth the cost. The trainers have been a tremendous help to me and I not only have lost 13 lbs but lots of inches since Sept. Thank you Mitch's for helping me live a healthy lifestyle. more

Every class is very well instructed, from beginner to advanced, I really have learned a lot about myself and my abilities to even participate. I never would of thought I could stand to do Yoga, but the staff at Mitch's makes everything seem easier because they take the time to keep me motivated and focused on my fitness programs. more

Good: The staff and owners are great! They know how to run a great gym, and they treat you great. Every year they throw a big customer appreciation party too! I have lost 64 lbs since July 2006. The trainers are great, friendly, always willing to help. The place is CLEAN. They are always cleaning, so I have no idea what the previous reviewer is talking about. I have been a member since 2005. This is a "family" type of gym ... it is truly your neighborhood gym and they care about you here.. Bad: I like everything about the gym!. Improvements: I like everything about the gym!. Other: The previous reviewer does not know what the heck they are talking about! The place is not dirty, it is very clean (they are constantly cleaning), the owners are always present and say hi to you by name; the staff is friendly, helpful, always smiling, and truly care about you! This is the best gym and staff and I highly recommend it to anyone! The hours are great - they open early and stay open late.. more

There no one in charge. Maybe the many owners have made there money and ran away. The place is dirty and not kept up. more

It seems like ‘Mitchs’ lacks defined management. Poor organization, no manager there most of the time. This could be a good place. They have lost members, because of this and will continue to. All bets are on ‘County” employees. more
