Review content:
We asked Amber to list our condo for sale. She put it in a multiple listing and on the internet with pictures immediately. We received an offer and a signed contract within three days of the listing. She listened to our concerns and was great with the follow through.
She worked with other interested parties until the buyers contingencies were met. We had a smooth closing shortly thereafter. The sale of our home went as smoothly as one could hope for. We were moving out of state, otherwise we would have used her to purchase our new home.
We would highly recommend Amber to any one who wants a hard working, concerned realtor the follows up.
