Made First Time Homebuying Experience Easy 10/16/2006

Amber was great to work with. She answered any question that my Wife and I had. She also was quick to help when the recent Hail Storm damaged our house one week from closing. I would recommend working with Amber to anyone, and look forward to working with her on our next home purchase in the future. more

I do not believe I would have sold my condo without Amber. Her tenacity and constant reassurance were the tools that ultimately sold my property. I also would like to acknowledge her compassion when dealing with the emotional side of selling any piece of property. She was always pleasant and excels at her profession. Wonderful to work with 8/8/2006

I recently worked with Amber on the purchase of my first home. After a very frustrating experience with another realtor, I was expecting the worst. Amber was wonderful to work with--kind, trustworthy, and PATIENT. I thought that I was being very picky, and Amber constantly assured me that I was doing nothing wrong. She always had my best interests in mind, and was as involved in the process as I was. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and will be using her services in the future. more

The Best Realtor EVER 8/8/2006

Amber did a superb job of showing us countless places! We didn't have a lot to spend, but that didn't deter her from giving us her undivided attention. She sent me new listings every day, and was great with setting appointments and following up. She has a great attitude and treats everyone with equal respect. I recommend her to everyone I hear of that's in the market for a new house. Thanks Amber!! more

Best Real Estate Sale We Ever Had 7/16/2006

We asked Amber to list our condo for sale. She put it in a multiple listing and on the internet with pictures immediately. We received an offer and a signed contract within three days of the listing. She listened to our concerns and was great with the follow through. She worked with other interested parties until the buyers contingencies were met. We had a smooth closing shortly thereafter. The sale of our home went as smoothly as one could hope for. We were moving out of state, otherwise we would have used her to purchase our new home. We would highly recommend Amber to any one who wants a hard working, concerned realtor the follows up. more

Amber was wonderful! She helped us sell our condo and buy our first home. She was very informative, patient with all of our questions, professional and very easy to get along with. Amber made sure that the description and pictures of our condo were the absolute best for the listing on-line. When the showings began, we had an offer for the asking price from the first showing! Amber listened well to our likes and dislikes and took us to new homes that fit our criteria. Amber was a joy to work with and we will certainly use her again! more

Excellent Experience 3/23/2006

I found Amber Herbster to be very professional and helpful to work with. She researched the properties I was interested in and answered many of my questions before I asked them! Past experience with realtors indicated this would be a painful experience, but that did not happen. Amber did her best to speed up the process for me, and the closing went very smoothly with no hidden issues. I would highly recommend Amber for your real estate needs and I plan to use her again as needed. more
