Review content:
We didn't even get far enough to use them as a mover. I made an appointment for them to show up and provide an estimate for packing and loading a truck for a cross-country move. The estimator never showed for the appointment and when someone finally returned my call, I was given a fabricated story of how they tried to call me but was unable to reach a voice mail. Additionally, they stated that the estimator would be in the area later that day and the next day if we wished to reschedule. So, giving them the benefit of the doubt we agreed that they could notify us later that day to provide a concrete time for the estimator to come to our home. They never called. There are enough movers out there with good reviews that you should steer clear of these people at all costs. Unreliable. Unprofessional.
