Businiess name:  Public Service Credit Union

Review content:
I have had an account with Public Service Credit Union, since 1995, maintaining a large average daily balance. Recently, I closed an account at PSCU, one day before the last day of the month, upon the assurance that I would NOT lose that months interest. I then moved the money into another account at PSCU, where it remained for a week. I found out later that I was misinformed regarding the interest and would not receive my interest. In fact, the employee that misinformed me denied our conversation, despite the fact that I held a VOD with her name on it. In any case, although 3 weeks later the bank admitted its error and paid the interest due me, I am upset that only one elder employee of the bank understood that the "customer is always right". It was this elder employees understanding that prevailed for me.
