I haven't had any issues with appointments for the baby panel from 2004-2005 when my son had his done. Neil, the photographer isn't exactly full of personality and my son wasn't crazy about him, but the photos were surprisingly the best ever. I ahve had pics taken at Picture People, JCPenney's and Sears. No comparison. Only downside is that I could never afford to get more than one copy of two or three poses and be out over a hundred bucks. Also the panel advertised at $49 was not including the cost of framing. The framing had to be custom because of the size of the layout and matting. Still, EVERYONE I show these photos to can not believe how beautiful they turned out.
