Bella Baby Portraits

I haven't had any issues with appointments for the baby panel from 2004-2005 when my son had his done. Neil, the photographer isn't exactly full of personality and my son wasn't crazy about him, but the photos were surprisingly the best ever. I ahve had pics taken at Picture People, JCPenney's and Sears. No comparison. Only downside is that I could never afford to get more than one copy of two or three poses and be out over a hundred bucks. Also the panel advertised at $49 was not including the cost of framing. The framing had to be custom because of the size of the layout and matting. Still, EVERYONE I show these photos to can not believe how beautiful they turned out. more

I got a card in the mail with information about their Baby Panel, a framed set of pictures of your baby at 3mo., 6mo., 9mo., and 12mo. I decided to sign up because in the info they sent to me there was an unconditional money back guarantee. I went for the first picture with no problem and made an appointment for our second picture. About half an hour before my second appointment they called my house to cancel. Of course I was already on my way there, so I didn't get the message. We waited almost 45 minutes and no one ever answered the door. They said on the message they left that I would have to call and reschedule, but no one ever answers the phone, it's always an answering machine and they never call me back. I finally decided to cancel, citing the unconditional guarantee. I got an answering machine the first two times I called and no one called back. When I finally got a person on the phone, they said they would send me a check, but never have. I can't speak for anyone else's experience, but my experience with this company was horrible. I currently have a claim in with the BBB, but I'm not expecting anything. My suggestion is to steer clear and get your pictures taken elsewhere. more
