I have had to put in a new heating and cooling system in the past 8 months and contacted H & J Ltd, Inc. to do the job. I had used them for service on my former system and trusted their information. They are prompt to answer service calls 24/7.
I was dealing with a different salesperson in November when I purchased my furnace and some of the information he gave me regarding the installation of the AC unit come summer was not accurate. It ended up costing me more than he quoted. He left the company in December. The salsperson I dealt with this June was careful to give me all the details he could. He also indicated they would work with me to get as close to the price quoted in November as they could. While it did not match what I was first quoted, I was thankful that they would work with me.
The actual installation took aittle over 2 hours. The service I've had this month has been prompt and friendly. I will continue to use this company as long as I'm treated in this manner.
