Okay, in Iowa it gets hot. Yep, I know it gets hot elsewhere, too, but then you add the Iowan humidity and it gets sticky and hot. We've used HJ Ltd Heating and Air Conditioning for years to keep us "cool as a cucumber" in the summer and "warm and toasty" in the wintertime.
About a month ago, I thought my air conditioner was on the fritz... The fan was running, but the air coming out wasn't very cool. So I called HJ Limited and they sent someone out the very same day. I was so pleased with their service.
Turns out that my circuit breaker for the air conditioner unit outside had tripped (which could have happened during some recent storms.) The circuit breaker for the furnace unit was still okay, hence the reason the fan was running and churning out air.
Since the service problem was fixed in about 10 minutes, the repair person turned the visit into a "routine maintenance" call and didn't charge me extra for having them come out so soon. HJ Limited is tops on my list of highly recommended businesses!
