Review content:
We were referred to Malcolm Smith by a friend when we expressed an interest in writing a revocable trust for both ourselves and our relatives. We were able to get into his office within a reasonable amount of time and he discussed our needs and made sensible suggestions. After giving him our requests, he not only wrote the trust but was able to transfer the deed to our house into the trust. We paid half the price as a deposit and when we went back a week later to sign the papers all was in order and we paid the second half. Very helpful attorney and staff and explained everything so that we could understand. Did not rush us. We wpuld not hesitate to return for any other needs.
