Legal without scary. 6/17/2006

We were referred to Malcolm Smith by a friend when we expressed an interest in writing a revocable trust for both ourselves and our relatives. We were able to get into his office within a reasonable amount of time and he discussed our needs and made sensible suggestions. After giving him our requests, he not only wrote the trust but was able to transfer the deed to our house into the trust. We paid half the price as a deposit and when we went back a week later to sign the papers all was in order and we paid the second half. Very helpful attorney and staff and explained everything so that we could understand. Did not rush us. We wpuld not hesitate to return for any other needs. more

So you need a trust. 10/24/2005

We did a trust soon after we came to America. A 'friend' of ours, who was an attorney did it. He went out of business so when it came to needing an up-date we contacted Malcolm's office. He told us that the previously attorney had made himself executor of our estate, and would have made decisions for us, that our family should have done. He would also have received 10% of our money. Malcolm had to change everything for us. Now we know our family will get everything. more
