MY CAR HAD TO BE TOWED LAST WEEK AND I'M NEW TO THE AREA. A LOCAL FRIEND RECOMMENDED AL'S IN EXETER FOR THE TOWING. THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND COURTEOUS. IN FACT, I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR THE PROBLEM UNTIL THE DRIVER SAID THAT THEY COULD DO THE WORK, AND PROVIDE ME WITH A FREE LOANER CAR WHILE IT WAS GETTING WORKED ON. MY CAR WAS FIXED BY THE NEXT DAY, AND THE SERVICE MANAGER LET ME KNOW STEP BY STEP THE COST, AND THE PARTS THAT WERE NEEDED. I ALSO GOT TO SEE THE WORK THAT WAS INVOLVED BECAUSE THEY TOOK DIGITAL PICTURES OF THE PROCESS IN STAGES. I WILL NOW BE BRINGING MY VEHICLES TO AL'S FOR ALL PROBLEMS BIG OR SMALL! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE! A BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE AT AL'S. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
