Books-A-Million here in Alexandria is a very popular place. Any given time you pass by here you will see the parking lot is loaded with vehicles. People of all walks of life visit this book store. I often wondered what brought so many people to this store. One day, my granddaughter asked me to bring her there. I agreed mostly because I had not been there and really wanted to know what the attraction was. I was surprised!! They have an area where children can sit and read while parents browse the books. You can purchase gifts here. You can also sit and relax while having a cup of coffee (or other drink). I found out why the parking lot is always full. And I have returned there many times myself since my first visit.
