I hate going here because it is, of course, deliberately laid out so that you have go to through the ENTIRE STORE no matter what you want. I have been there many, many times, and I get lost every single time. I am pretty sure that the folks on the floor are only there to help people find their way out before closing.
On the bright side, I enjoy their cafe, where I can always find something I've never even heard of to eat. And they usually have free samples of cookies in the store at the exit. But goddamn.
Also, I once filled out a very lengthy comment card after a horrible trip where I didn't buy anything because I couldn't get any help, got lost repeatedly, and couldn't get the heart-shaped ice cube trays I needed because they refused to restock from the tons of ice cube trays sitting right there in their warehouse until the ugly arrow- and x-shaped ones they had sold out... which they were never going to because every one of them was dirty and bent out of shape... and I never heard a single word back from them.
