I prefer Northern Indian cuisine to Southern. But I prefer it to Udupi Palace and though there are striking similarities Mayuri http://www.mayuriseattle.com/ is definitely the more upscale place, at least by appearance not just statues and wall hangings, but in comfort as well. Perhaps this is appropriate for a place with a name that means "peacock". I found more items on their buffet to my liking, and they seem to restock it more often than their apparent competitor.
