Review content:
Love their products and always will, and Johnny gave a heck of a tour, but the brunette working this afternoon has almost zero people skills. I was ignored in line to buy some tshirts while she waited on two different groups, then finally got to me and acted like I should still wait behind some people who just walked in. I also watched her give the groups two $4 chips to use for a purchase off of tshirts and hats.
When I asked about that she said it was if you purchase a flight, all the proceeds to go charity. So basically, you can spend $4 and get $8 to spend on their cool gear. The fact that we purchased $16 in beer before the tour did not matter. The issue is not about the discount. It's about two things: they are not clear about the donations to charity (if I would have known that, I would have done that), and then she was one of the unfriendliest people I have met in a long time. It won't stop me from purchasing their products, but I am not eager to recommend that friends go to the brewery.
