Good lord, this place is an absolute mess. I cannot tell you how many times they misplaced or lost my records. Highly unorganized staff. The wait is ridiculous! My dog is a rescue with a plethora of health problems, and I could not get these people on the phone about 80% of the time. If you ever want to contact them via their website, forget it. Dr. Kerwin insinuated that my dog had chronic KCS because I was not administering drops properly; I went to Dr. Hacker in El Cerrito (highly recommended, by the way) and discovered that this was just not the case, and extra medication did the trick. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and IGNORANT of her. Grr!
