I went to try this place since my friend kept saying how greta it was... Now I am SOOO sorry I did. I saw John Roberts and he totally burned my head with whatever he used for my hi-lites. My hair is actually breaking off in small chunks. I called ot try and have someone look at it and totally got blown off by the receptionist AND the manger!!!! If this guy is the best they have to offer...you are better off at Cost Cutters
