Review content:
Good: Has always been kind and courteous. Used to have an office manager that was the best and very good at what she did. She retired a few years ago.. Bad: New office staff does not follow through with requests. Asked for a copy of my policy and was told 1 month wait. Called back 4 weeks and they had no record of it being ordered. Now we wait 3 more weeks. Recommended Service Master for disaster restoration. SM had poor communication within their company which resulted in poor customer service to me. SM is NOT a recommended contractor by State Farm corporate as of 11/2009.. Improvements: Agent should not recommend contractors to people. Office staff should be held accountable for what they promise..
