I've been burned by salons before but am glad to say I had the best experience at bob's salon! The staff was awesome and there were homemade cookies in the waiting area. My stylist was running late and I was even called before I arrived to let me know this. While I waited, the front desk girls were very attentive and offered me a drink more than once. Lyric was definitely worth the wait! It's been about a month since I had my cut and it's growing out amazingly. I will probably go back and let her do my color as well as I hear she's really great at it. I entirely believe you get what you pay for and this experience was definitely worth the price!!
