Review content:
The First time I went to Utopia I had my hair done. I was very disappointed with my stylist. She was running behind so it seemed like she was rushing me. My hair is down past my shoulders (Which I like) but she cut the top layer about three inches!! It looked terrible. Not to mention there were all kinds of hidden prices that racked up my bill. I never wanted to go back. I ended up getting a gift certificate for a massage, I didnt want it to go to waste. I scheduled an appointement for a saturday. DONT EVER make your appointment for a saturday. people were running around, rushing to get things done. My massage was much needed. When I got into the bed the room was freezing, the therapists hands were like ice. I could hear the cars driving by outside and the people talking out in the hallway. Now I know I wont be going back.
