I have loved every service I have ever gotten from the Utopia salon. I have gotten my fair share of services and have never been disappointed. They help me stay up-to-date with the latest trends and hairstyles, they use their variety of products and services to the best of their ability, they make every experience unique, and they help pick future services that best suit YOU. My wife has been a client for years and always has a great time there. She bought me a gift certificate for my birthday for a massage, I was a little hesitant because I thought it was for women mostly, but it was by far the best massage I ever had and come to find out they offer alot of services for men.. I've been going to Utopia for the last ten years, and I'm a big fan. The service has always been exceptional and I've used all of them. The salon is intimate and they always make you feel special. The few times I had an issue they were right there to make it right. They will continue to be my salon & spa. I highly recommend. more

The spa was located in the middle of no where in a somewhat run down old parking lot and matching run down old house that was overly decorated with kitch. My actually spa service (a facial) was ok but I just wasn't convinced that the technician knew what they were doing and later that night I noticed that I still had some blackheads in my t-zone and I had since the appointment that morning broken out with whiteheads. There were some little things that just damaged the experience as well, like hearing traffic outside, the creaky floors, being ignored while desk staff was on the phone upon arrival, and having gunk all over the pen that I was given to fill out paperwork. Honestly it felt like I was shopping at Kmart but paying Macys prices. Would not go back. more

This was my first visit to a spa. The staff were friendly and helpful. My massager was very good at her job and made me feel fantastic. She was very tolerant of my shyness and performed in a very professional manner. I felt very welcomed in this spa. I can't wait to go back! more

The First time I went to Utopia I had my hair done. I was very disappointed with my stylist. She was running behind so it seemed like she was rushing me. My hair is down past my shoulders (Which I like) but she cut the top layer about three inches!! It looked terrible. Not to mention there were all kinds of hidden prices that racked up my bill. I never wanted to go back. I ended up getting a gift certificate for a massage, I didnt want it to go to waste. I scheduled an appointement for a saturday. DONT EVER make your appointment for a saturday. people were running around, rushing to get things done. My massage was much needed. When I got into the bed the room was freezing, the therapists hands were like ice. I could hear the cars driving by outside and the people talking out in the hallway. Now I know I wont be going back. more
