Review content:
I made an appointment for plumbing work in advance. When I called in I asked them for when they had an opening. They said between 12 and 4 on Friday. I took half day off of work to be there. As of 4:30pm they had not shown. I called and they said they were running late and could I reschedule for Saturday. The answer was no. I already lost $200.00 in pay taking the time off. Its not like I called for same day service. I expected better.
Pros: Very professional phone staff
Cons: Did honor appointment commitment
