I made an appointment with AEV Mobile Computer Repair for 9:30AM. The tech knocked on the door exactly at 9:30AM. That scored points with me. I like it when people are on time. My laptop computer had a virus and I needed a virus removal from them. I had a lot of questions for the tech. I know nothing about computers and had a lot of questions. The tech answered all of them. I thought maybe I was asked too many questions and taking up his time, but the tech was patient. That scored points with me again. I don't surf the net a lot so I was surprised I'd ever need a virus removal. I've dealt with a few other computer repair businesses here in San Diego and I definitely like AEV Mobile Computer Repair the best. I talk a lot and the tech was so patient and that reflects to me a lot on how they do business. They treat customers well and that made me trust them They also do great work. My virus was removed with no data loss. They gave me free anti virus software and tips on how to never have it happen again. I'll use them again if I need to.
