The therapist I saw here was not friendly and looked at me like I was stupid, anything I would say. She scheduled me ahead of time without letting me know three times. When I got the calls the day before, I had to reschedule. I stopped going here because of the comfort level, which was none at all. They closed my account and said if I needed another therapist to let them know. I just let them know and all of a sudden I cant get another therapist and they cant re-open my account because my old therapist scheduled me ahead of time without my consent and I had to reschedule. If you reschedule 3 times out of the month, they do not allow you to come back. Nevermind the fact that I a military spouse from SC in WA with ZERO family to help with my one and two year old, along with one vehicle that my husband uses to drive back and forth to work. But, rescheduling due to no babysitter was out of the question. So, I am no longer allowed to re-open my file for another therapist, I have to go somewhere else, which means the process of a referral from my PCM which is out of town for another month! Therefore, I am not going to get the help that I need until there is just no use in going anyways. The operators were very rude with me, although I was as nice as can be. This is NOT the place to go. If you have a condition, go somewhere you will feel comfortable and will be appreciated... this is not the place. Saving some of you the frustration if you have small children and have to reschedule from time to time. Do not waste your time. NOT pleased and will be reporting Greater Lakes!
