Review content:
I personally like Doctor Elliot, he is friendly, informative, listens to me and listens to my children when ever I have had a need to bring my children in for some type of sickness or another.
I like it that he doesn't jump on giving kids medications but educates parents there are somethings your child needs to work through and when the child does need medication it is for good reasons.
What I do not like is the office' s inability to provide good customer service, friendliness .
Organization
When one looks into the office it looks like a hurricane went through it. The office needs a manager that can organize and maintain a Doctors office in a clean, organized and well maintained way.
I understand a pediatrician 's office is always busy especially during this time of high alert of the cold flue and the swine flu but that still does not justify for an office to always look without order.
Personal experience
The first appointment I need it for my child was a physical for my daughter and I need the results in order to provide the prof for my child is daycare that she had a physical performed and her shots were up to date. a “blue sheet” and shot record copy for my daycare is what I needed. I was surprised that this office charges for results that are given at least once a year to every parent for school purposes. I Was surprised to be charged one dollar for making this request to be given those papers on top of what I was already charged by coming to the appointment.
Appointment:
An appointment was made and I was given time and date.
I have 2 children, 2 jobs , a house to care , I also have a busy life and a tight schedule to run . This office I feel treats me as if I was a stay at home mother who has nothing else to due but to jump at what ever date I am given to get my child seen. It doesn't work that way. The Dr.'s office has its own schedule and I have my own schedule both need to work to what better fits the parents and provide a timely care for the child, ultimately that is what is imp
