horrible experience 2/27/2014

Dr. Elliott is a fine dr. But his staff along with his wife/office manager is very rude. My kid's were recently patients there when i decided to change them to another dr closer to my house. The dr wife took this personal and told me to leave her office.i requested my childrens records to be sent to my new dr and it took 4 weeks.they charge me $20 for shot records and a physical. I needed this records for headstart and was going to put my daughter there but to get charged another $20 for my daughter physical/shot records is pretty ridiculous. Thats why i changed Dr's. I needed 1 last document from them and they kept telling me they didn't receive it, then they did and sent it over to my dr, i called my dr and they told me they haven't received nothing. Called them back and was told that i had to get my dr to get my son blood work done over again.when i went less than a month ago and had it done by them. I told them that they had to send his records over by law and that they were being real unprofessional, the put me on hold twice. Its sad when the whole staff is giving you the runaround and the Dr's wife/office manager so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! more

Horrible Experience 11/14/2012

Dr Elliott is fine it is his wife/office manager who is ruining his practice! I cancelled ONE appointment because my daughter was in the hospital. Was basically told I needed to bring her there anyway and had to argue with her. After that her and Dr Elliott were rude to me. She would call and cancel my kids appointments as we were pulling in the parking lot. Then told me I needed to find another doctor because I kept missing appointments and didn't follow doctors orders!!!!! She doesn't need to work with the public! more

Horrible Experience 7/29/2011

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The doctor is nice, but has poor taste in choosing staff. I had a hard time getting an appointment, and when I got there the staff was rude - mainly the office manager, who by the way is the only person who is able to make appointments. My son had no further symptoms and tests they ran came back fine. When I tried to cancel my follow-up appointment or at least reschedule it because I was to start a new job the day of the appointment, I was treated very badly and told the doctor would no longer see my son. They were rude and unwilling to work with me. The office hours are not friendly to those who work, and the staff needs lessons in people skills. My recommendation, DO NOT GO HERE! more

Review for Doctor David Elliot office 10/26/2009

I personally like Doctor Elliot, he is friendly, informative, listens to me and listens to my children when ever I have had a need to bring my children in for some type of sickness or another. I like it that he doesn't jump on giving kids medications but educates parents there are somethings your child needs to work through and when the child does need medication it is for good reasons. What I do not like is the office' s inability to provide good customer service, friendliness . Organization When one looks into the office it looks like a hurricane went through it. The office needs a manager that can organize and maintain a Doctors office in a clean, organized and well maintained way. I understand a pediatrician 's office is always busy especially during this time of high alert of the cold flue and the swine flu but that still does not justify for an office to always look without order. Personal experience The first appointment I need it for my child was a physical for my daughter and I need the results in order to provide the prof for my child is daycare that she had a physical performed and her shots were up to date. a “blue sheet” and shot record copy for my daycare is what I needed. I was surprised that this office charges for results that are given at least once a year to every parent for school purposes. I Was surprised to be charged one dollar for making this request to be given those papers on top of what I was already charged by coming to the appointment. Appointment: An appointment was made and I was given time and date. I have 2 children, 2 jobs , a house to care , I also have a busy life and a tight schedule to run . This office I feel treats me as if I was a stay at home mother who has nothing else to due but to jump at what ever date I am given to get my child seen. It doesn't work that way. The Dr.'s office has its own schedule and I have my own schedule both need to work to what better fits the parents and provide a timely care for the child, ultimately that is what is imp more

AMAZING DOCTOR!!! 11/18/2008

He is so caring, he goes out of his way to make sure every one of his patients is okay. He knows them all and cares inside and out of the office. His office manager is also very helpful and amazing! Would never go to another doctor ever! more

Doctors need to care about their patients not just money 5/30/2006

I took my sons to this doctor from the get go. After 2 months I had to find myself a new doctor. He cared nothing about my children. He misdiagnosed thrush. When we said my children were having problems he just switched formula on them, without asking about the problems. We found out later they both have sever reflux and needed to be on medication. One time we took in one of my sons and he was crying and pulling his ear. I asked him to check out the ear for an ear infection and he told me "We are not here for that, you need to make another appointment" HE WAS HOLDING MY SON!!!!!! I was so livid. Also when I asked about the pimples on my son's chin and called is baby acne he told me " Its not baby acne, so do not call it that" and proceeded to call it some long medical term, which I later looked up on Wedmd.com and it said "baby acne" All these reasons, plus some caused me to leave this so called Doctor. Just because someone is a new mom, does not mean the doctor has a right to be rude and uncaring. more
