Absolutely the rudest place I have been in a long time.
I went there today looking for a small plastic part. They wouldn't quote the price on the phone and when I got there they had no recollection of me calling at all. After 5 minutes of me waiting with no idea to what was going on they quoted the price which was high. I tried to negotiate and the guy said he "doesn't want to sell anything to me".
Even in the automotive garbage business you have to be able to talk to your customers nicely.
