Absolutely the rudest place I have been in a long time. I went there today looking for a small plastic part. They wouldn't quote the price on the phone and when I got there they had no recollection of me calling at all. After 5 minutes of me waiting with no idea to what was going on they quoted the price which was high. I tried to negotiate and the guy said he "doesn't want to sell anything to me". Even in the automotive garbage business you have to be able to talk to your customers nicely. more

Lake auto parts is actually a junk yard. They are reasonably priced, when you call for a price on a part they will give you 2 prices. One price is if you go and take part off car. The other price is if they need to go and get it off the car. They are conveniently located. They have been around for many of years. more
