Review content:
The vet who saw our animals treated them kindly and seemed knowledgeable in his profession, which, ultimately is the most important thing. However, he treated my husband and I horribly while we were there. He was extremely condescending in the way he talked to us; he interrupted us while we were asking questions and didn't take time to explain the treatment we were to give the animals. He also used profane language in talking about the pets, which I found incredibly unprofessional in the workplace. I don't know if his attitude affects the rest of the office (especially the receptionist), but in my few experiences, there was only one assistant who was approachable and helpful. Also, do not expect to be in and out in a timely fashion. In one day, just for a regular appointment, we waited for a total of 4 hours. Also, they are absolutely no cheaper than any other vet in the area.
Ultimately, we were extremely dissatisfied with our experience. The only reason I didn't give this office a 1-star rating is because he was kind to our pets. Our visits, however, left us beyond frustrated, and we will not be going back, especially since there are very other reputable vet clinics in the area.
