I used pro audio video for a tv installation over my fireplace and also purchased a surround sound installation through them. The owner/installer Matt Harvey even programmed my remote and showed me how to use it, he even went so far as to write the instructions down for me. The entire installation went very smoothly, from scheduling the appointment to instructing me on how to use my new equipment. He was very professional and the installation looked beautiful. Obviously he has a lot of experience doing this sort of thing and it shows in his work and exceptional customer service skills. I love my new entertainment system and I don't think I could have gone with a better company to install it. I have recommended him to a couple of my friends who also had good experiences with him. I highly recommend this company.
