This company was referred to me from Sam's Club installation services.
They are subcontractors for company called NEW Installation Services, which is contracted with Sam's club.
They are the only company in VA state to provide services through Sam's club, so they have no competition and that makes them very arrogant and unquestionable.
The owner Mr Harvey provided services for Wall mount TV and speaker installation. I paid almost $1000 for the both on line to Sam's club.(that's outrageously high)
He was very nice in beginning to schedule and providing informations and list of the right things I needed. When he came to install he showed very substandard Customer Service . When I asked him some details about site of speaker installation (over the phone)he became very irritated and rather than answering me satisfactorily , he stated that I was interrupting his work and he would charge me $50/ hr extra if can't finish his work on time.
second, he briefly explained to my wife on 5 min about the syatem( instead of 30 min as it says ).
He didn't care for my wife getting late to p/u my 4 yr old son from day care, instead he insist her to take call from
his supervisor from Sam's to give rating for his work.
Same day the speaker he installed fell and to my surprise i found Big Hole on drywall about 2 inches diameter for a small cable to fish in, and it was on both front speakers.
I tried to contact him next day and left massage for Mr. Harvey and later I complained to sams installation Customer service. When I called to complain about it, no supervisor or manager was available to speak to me and I left massage to call me back ASAP.
Later when Mr Haevey called me back, he was very irritated and rude to me. I told him about the issue and told him that I will talk with sams club and they will take care of my damage and fix the problem .
But Mr. Harvey insist that he has to come to my house and take pictures for his insurance , which I denied.
He later put me on hold and get his supervisor on other line and insist that I would talk with his ( mr. harvey's) supervisor in his presence on the conf call and I refudes that also because I already had left massage and complained abiut the problem.
Until now it was just abot poor quality of work and customerservice. but Mr Harvey pused this to the extrem. When I denied to talk on conference call with his manager he get very upset and told me that he was recording that call and it was my only opportunity to discuss about it.
I told him nicely that he provided the service and he was done , next anything related with that I would take care of it with Sams Club since I bought this installation pakage with them.
While talking to him I just asked him who was the owner of the ProAudio Video company?. Mr Harvey very arrogantly replied that he was the owner and he makes more money than me as a physician. That told me everything about him, his company, his work ethics and
how Mr Harvey value his work and customer satisfaction.
He didn't value customers or there needs and dissatisfaction of his own work. Rather than finding the solution he tried to cover up and showed attitude!!
If Owner of the company is like this what you expect from rest of the company staff.
After this incident I have come to know amazing details about the Parent company NEW which has nationwide contract for Sam's Club .
I would not recommend this company to anybody who value principles, customer service.
All Sam's club members you watch out when you order any installation on line because in whole state of VA this is the only company contracted to provide service .
This PAV soon loose it's contract or there will be other company to provide services.
